Introducing Our Three-Pillar Approach to Wrap-Around Support
True support doesn't stop at the school door, it follows a child home, walks with them through the halls, and lives inside them. That's why our wrap-around model is built on three interconnected pillars designed to surround every student with the consistency, advocacy, and confidence they need to thrive.
Our Three Pillars Include:
Home
EEI helps families build home environments that mirror and reinforce the supports the students need to receive at school because consistency is everything. Now offering:
- Family Connection Groups both in person and virtual.
- Private Home Support Services- professional assistance is making accommodations easy and natural at home as well. (In Person and Virtual)
- Sibshop sibling workshops that empower all members of the family in this journey, currently offered in person with virtual options coming soon.
We aim to ensure the whole family is equipped, connected, and never navigating this journey alone.
School
At the heart of our school pillar is trustworthy, knowledgeable advocacy. We walk alongside families through the often overwhelming world of IEPs and 504s, foster collaborative relationships with care teams, cultivate communication skills, and provide the guidance families need to protect both their child's rights and the relationships that serve them. Our support includes full records review, guided communication, and step-by-step plans tailored to each family's unique situation. These services are all fully personalized so they do require connecting with EEI to make sure we are the right fit to help!
Self
Perhaps the most powerful pillar of all is the student themselves. EEI empowers students to understand and embrace their disability, own their accommodations with confidence, and know how to hold important boundaries when it matters most. Through professionally taught self-advocacy courses, private sessions, and our NeuroBears program designed specifically for Autistic and Neurodivergent students, we bring students onto their own care team where they belong.

And There's More
EEI will also be offering ongoing workshops on the topics our families are asking for most, they include a collaborative Autism 101 with a top area Autism expert, psychotherapist Jennifer Glacel, an in depth exploration of twice exceptional learners, parenting in a family with support needs, and a full session focused on the important of relationship building and how it can create long lasting foundations for success.
