Hi, I’m Laura
— a life and business coach helping women in midlife turn transition into transformation.
If you’ve spent years raising a family, building a career, or caring for others—often putting your own needs on the back burner—you’re not alone. For many women, life has been about showing up, doing the work, and being there for everyone else.
Maybe you’re feeling the weight of transition:
A career that no longer feels right
An empty nest that leaves more space than you expected
A loss, burnout, or a desire for something more
And you might be asking:
What now? Who am I becoming? Where do I go from here?
Those are powerful questions—and for me, they marked the beginning of real transformation.

Who I Work With
I coach women in midlife who are navigating transition—whether it’s by choice or not.
You might be at a career crossroads, facing an empty nest, burned out, or starting over after a loss. Maybe you’ve outgrown a role that once defined you—or had one taken from you before you were ready.

My Journey to Coaching
My career spans nearly 40 years in public service, management and leadership, entrepreneurship, and reinvention.
I began in the Superior Court of New Jersey, working with at-risk youth and later leading teams in the Law Division and Human Resources. In that chapter of my career, I helped create better outcomes for young people through rehabilitation programs, built systems, shaped organizational policies, mediated conflict, and advocated for fairness, accountability, and a culture where people felt productive, supported, and valued.
When my life shifted and my family needed me closer to home, I stepped away from that role to care for my family while building a thriving real estate business. That pivot turned out to be more than just helping clients buy or sell a home—I was helping them navigate major life transitions. Without realizing it, I was already coaching.
Life is change. After a series of personal losses reshaped my world, I found myself trying to rebuild—again. I kept showing up, but without a plan. Eventually, I hit a wall of overwhelm. That’s when I discovered life coaching—not as a profession, but as a personal lifeline.
Coaching gave me the clarity and confidence to reimagine my life and work—and to define my next chapter with intention.

When Life Demands Reinvention
As a mom, a wife, and a professional with a career spanning nearly forty years, I understand the layered identities women carry. Like many of the women I now support, I’ve faced seasons of change I didn’t choose. Life doesn’t always wait for us to be ready. Burnout, grief, unexpected shifts—they push us to evolve, whether we want to or not.
I know what it’s like to outgrow a role that once felt like home—or to be moved by life into a new season you didn’t see coming. Reinvention isn't always a choice; it's often a necessity.
But I also know how liberating it can be to reconnect with what truly matters, realign with who you’ve become, and create something new that feels purposeful and right.
Transformation isn’t just about change—it’s about becoming more fully yourself, with clarity, strength, and purpose.
That’s the kind of transformation I help women lead for themselves.
I’ve walked that path—and I know you can too.

Why I Coach
Helping people grow has always been the thread running through my work—from raising a family, guiding young people through the justice system, to managing teams, and supporting clients through major life changes.
Working with a coach helped me reconnect with what mattered, release what no longer fit, and reimagine what was possible. That turning point became the foundation for the work I now do with others. Experiencing the impact of coaching firsthand inspired me to earn my life and business coaching certifications.
Today, I coach women who are ready to lead themselves with intention and create lives that feel aligned, meaningful, and truly their own.
Because when you realign with who you’re becoming, you don’t just recover—you rise.
