Preventing disengagement from education, community and economic contribution before it becomes dependency on supports. We do this by educating and empowering our young people and young mothers across South Australia in a bid to reduce generational unemployment and social support reliance.
Designed for upstream support before formal diagnoses, crisis thresholds or service eligibility are met.
Close the gap before it becomes a crisis.
Early school exit, financial dependence, reduced workforce participation, and intergenerational disadvantage are not inevitable outcomes - when support arrives early enough.
Across South Australia, young people and young mothers are navigating education, employment and parenting within increasingly complex social and economic systems.
For many, disengagement happens quietly - behind a mask, hiding that everything is not ok. These young people to struggle internally until it is too late, where reliance on ongoing downstream supports becomes habitual. Elevate Entrepreneurs builds capability early, strengthening protective factors and practical skills so participants can stay connected to learning, work, self-employment and community.
This is upstream intervention: timely, strengths-based and designed to reduce long-term dependency.

Elevate Entrepreneurs is built for the gap that too many young people fall into - when things are getting harder, but they’re not yet “eligible” for help. My work focuses on early, practical capacity building that strengthens connection to education, employment and parenting supports.
If you’re a school, service, or community organisation looking for an upstream option, I’d love to explore how Elevate™ can support your cohort and reduce downstream demand.
Elevate Entrepreneurs is not your average start-up course. The program takes a holistic approach to entrepreneurship - supporting both the business and the person building it. This is a system that builds practical capability early - before a young person or young mother reaches crisis thresholds.
Together we focus on:
Stabilising routines and strengthening protective factors
Economic literacy, transferable in both business and personal skills
Wellbeing practice and practical tools for overall health and wellbeing
Entrepreneurial support in creativity innovation of product and service
Essential business fundamentals
Re-engagement with education, training or employment pathways
Confidence, self-advocacy and systems navigation
Parenting capacity and practical supports for young mothers
The goal is simple: reduce disengagement now, and reduce downstream demand later.
Clear, measurable shifts that support long-term participation in education, work, and community.
“Michelle's friendly, passionate and supportive personality in conjunction with her lived experience in entrepreneurship and her ability to connect with people is what makes this program different from other youth entrepreneurship programs. All participants in my cohort appeared engaged and individually supported.”
