TERMS & CONDITIONS

Michelle Gregory — Empowerment Coaching
(Trading as Hey Mumma / associated programs)
By engaging with, purchasing, or participating in any service, program, workshop, mentoring, or educational offering provided by Michelle Gregory (“the Facilitator”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Michelle Gregory provides empowerment coaching, mentoring, workshops, group programs, intensives, educational content, speaking engagements, and related resources (“Services”).
All Services are delivered for educational, developmental, and empowerment purposes only.

2. Not Therapy or Professional Advice

The Services provided are not:
  • psychological therapy or counselling
  • medical or mental health treatment
  • legal advice
  • financial or accounting advice
Nothing shared during any session, workshop, or program should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Participants are encouraged to seek support from appropriately qualified professionals where required.

3. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:
  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and financial wellbeing.
  • You engage voluntarily and apply any tools or frameworks at your own discretion.
  • Results vary and depend on individual circumstances, capacity, and follow-through.
Michelle Gregory does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by participants before, during, or after engaging in Services.

4. Trauma-Aware, Choice-Based Participation

All Services are delivered using a trauma-aware, choice-based approach.
Participants are:
  • Never required to disclose personal experiences or trauma
  • Free to opt out of any activity
  • Encouraged to self-regulate, take breaks, and seek additional support if needed
The Facilitator does not provide crisis intervention.

5. Suitability & Right to Refuse Service

Michelle Gregory reserves the right to:
  • Determine whether a Service is suitable for a participant
  • Refuse or discontinue Services where there is misalignment, boundary violations, unsafe behaviour, or lack of mutual respect
No refunds are provided where services are terminated due to inappropriate conduct or breach of these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is fundamental across all Services.
Participants agree to:
  • Respect the privacy of other participants
  • Not disclose personal information or stories shared within sessions
  • Not record sessions without written consent
Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from a program or service without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, workbooks, recordings, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Michelle Gregory.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be:
  • copied or reproduced
  • shared publicly
  • distributed
  • taught or facilitated
  • sold or adapted
without prior written permission.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment plans, where offered, must be honoured in full.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.
All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Due to the nature of preparation, capacity limits, and energetic investment:
  • No refunds are offered for change of mind or non-attendance.
  • Transfers may be considered at the Facilitator’s discretion.
  • Missed sessions are not replaced unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • Michelle Gregory is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in Services.
  • Participants release the Facilitator from any claims related to decisions, actions, or outcomes following participation.
Participation is entirely voluntary.

11. Online & Digital Services

For online or digital services:
  • Stable internet access is the participant’s responsibility.
  • Technical issues on the participant’s end do not constitute grounds for refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Engagement with any Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
