In this 60-minute session, we will:
- review up to 3 key court documents to assess how your case is being strategically positioned;
- Identify strategic blind spots that's been harming your case;
- Clarify what actually matters to the court & your specific judge so you're finally heard;
- Reframe priorities based on timing and positioning to ensure your moves don't backfire;
- Outline your next strategic moves to finally make some headway in your divorce or custody case.
After the meeting you will receive:
- Recording + transcript
- A brief written 30 , 60 or 90 day Strategy gameplan (depends on the status, court history and facts of case)
- 48-hour follow-up question window (questions only related to what was discussed, no new facts)
- Credit of up to $250 toward a longer engagement program
- Priority scheduling if a court date is imminent
