This meeting will include a 1 hr meeting + 1 hr document review (only trial related documents will be reviewed.)
There are times when you just need time to discuss the specifics of your upcoming trial.
You have been working on and preparing your case for trial, and have a million questions that constantly come up.
Questions on topics such as, choosing the Discovery methods best for your case, deciding who to depose if that's a route you plan on going, coming up with questions for witnesses, planning how to use the other party's lack of cooperation with Discovery, and so on might have popped up.
In addition, we will discuss trial procedure for your specific judge (NOTE: We can not guarantee we will find your specific judge's exact trial method but we will make every effort to find this out before your meeting.)
You could benefit from a trial strategy session where we can take a look at some or all these things to help you out.

• Witness List (for both parties)
• Exhibit List (for both parties)
• Proposed Findings of Fact

NOTE: Any documents submitted that are irrelevant or that goes beyond the allotted time to review will incur additional fees. Each additional half-hour will incur an additional $100 and each hour $150. You will be billed before we have the meeting, if your meeting is scheduled we will cancel it until the balance is paid.
