Join us for a refreshing morning out on the water in beautiful Avila Beach! You'll enjoy a fun-filled paddling adventure that will leave you feeling empowered in your own skin alongside other local females
Who
This event is for women of all ages who want to have a great time and explore our beautiful central coast! Whether you're a seasoned paddler with your own board or a first-time paddler, this event is for you.
What to Expect
We'll be paddling along the coastline from Port San Luis Pier to a secluded beach where we can then hike up to the Lighthouse.
Be sure to arrive by 8:15am so you can get assigned your vessel and receive mandatory instruction from Avila Paddlesports
- First, we'll get our bodies prepared for the adventure ahead with a warm-up led by Briana
- Then, we begin our paddling excursion!

Why It Matters
We believe that it’s important to unplug, take a break from our daily lives, and have a space where we can be free to explore IN our bodies free from body shame or body judgment for our various shapes and sizes. This is an event where we can laugh together while celebrating the amazing physical capability of our bodies. The goal is to have FUN and build connections with other women who share our values. We’re all about building a community that supports and uplifts each other, and this event is the perfect opportunity to do just that.
We're excited to have you join us on this journey, honoring your unique physicality, and exploring our beautiful Central Coast together!
