"I haven't worked out in awhile"
We all have to start somewhere! Please come and know that I encourage you to take the workout at your own pace. I'm not the trainer who tries to run people into the ground. We are going to move for longevity, sustainability, and joy!
"I have some nagging injuries"
We don't want to make any pain problems worse, but I do have options for modifications depending on the discomfort. I will encourage you to always listen to your body and stop whenever feeling sharp pain, however, I would love for you to still come and move your body in the way you are able.
"Is this appropriate for seniors?"
We welcome all fitness levels but it is important to know that we will be getting down onto the ground and back up. There is also uneven ground to be aware of. If all that sounds well, we would love to have you.
