Domain Connection Instructions

To get the correct instructions, please answer this question:

Do you have any email addresses, subdomains, or special DNS records on your domain name that you need to keep from another provider (not from AttractWell)?

(If you are getting or have email addresses we've created for you, please click "No".)

No Yes

Option 1. No Existing Emails or Subdomains On My Domain

If you do not have any subdomains or email addresses on your domain, please follow these instructions. If you do, choose Option 2.

To connect your domain to your AttractWell site, change the domain's nameservers to the following:

ns.liquidweb.com
ns1.liquidweb.com

Here are directions to do this - just click on the company where you bought your domain: GoDaddy, Namecheap, 1&1 IONOS, Bluehost, Register.com,

If you bought it somewhere else, search Google for "(your provider) change nameservers" and if you can't find instructions or are unsure, contact support and we'll do our best to find instructions for you.

After this is done, please let us know by email.

Option 2. I Have Existing Emails or Subdomains On My Domain

To connect your domain to your AttractWell site, please make the following changes to your DNS records for your domain:

DNS "A" record - set to a value of 98.129.229.5 for the host name @ . In some systems, you may need to leave the host field blank instead of using the @ symbol.
DNS "CNAME" record for the host name www with the following value: (Set this to your domain name without the "www" in front. For example, mydomain.com)

If you have any other "A" or "CNAME" records for @ or www, please delete them.

Here is how to do this:

GoDaddy: "A" record, and CNAME record
Squarespace Domains (formerly Google). Click here and then click on the Resource Records header to expand instructions.
NameCheap

Once you make this change, your domain should start showing your AttractWell site within a few hours. It typically is on the faster side, but sometimes it can take awhile.

These are instructions if you have one or more email addresses on your domain from a third party provider like Google or Outlook. If you don't have third party email and would prefer we manage your DNS, please use option 1.
