Turn Up raises the bar. Turn Up IS the standard. And the difference, the reason why people show up to turn up, is because we create spaces that allow, that demand, us to see ourselves, and in turn be able to more fully see each other. We have built turn up because we have built ourselves, every experience is an opportunity to reveal where the work lies, where we are still not yet free. Some days it’s an escape, but when it clicks it’s the method that never allows you to escape, it shows you what’s right in front of you and asks you dance anyways.
It’s teamwork. And the difference is, it’s not optional. There are group fitness classes you show up to and you get to workout alongside of others, and we love that. But then there’s Turn Up where you are reminded of your impact on the person next to you, where you are held to a higher standard because the way you show up is a responsibility to the room, to your team, to the experience. And the difference is, you’re here for it, YOU WANT IT. You embrace it. You become the teammate you need on your hardest days, and you give more than you ever thought possible and therefore receive every ounce of transformation you hoped for.
Turn Up is the space where we unlearn that being polite is playing small, and realizing that the greatest impact we can have will only come when we embody our BIGNESS.
It’s turning everything into a masterpiece.
It’s where the athlete in you meets the artist in you.
And makes magic.
It’s deciding who you are going to be and moving accordingly.
And not accepting less.
