ELEVATE CAPACITY™
EARLY INTERVENTION
CAPACITY BUILDING
Preventing disengagement from education, community and economic contribution before it becomes dependency on supports. We do this by educating and empowering our young people and young mothers across South Australia in a bid to reduce generational unemployment and social support reliance.
Designed for upstream support before formal diagnoses, crisis thresholds or service eligibility are met.

Close the gap before it becomes a crisis.
Early school exit, financial dependence, reduced workforce participation, and intergenerational disadvantage are not inevitable outcomes - when support arrives early enough.

Why Elevate Capcity™ exists

Across South Australia, young people and young mothers are navigating education, employment, healthcare and parenting within increasingly complex social and economic systems.

For many, disengagement from work, education and community happens quietly - behind a mask, hiding that everything is not ok. These young people to struggle internally until it is too late, where reliance on ongoing downstream supports becomes habitual. Elevate Entrepreneurs builds capability early, strengthening protective factors and practical skills so participants can stay connected to learning, work, self-employment and community.

This is upstream intervention: timely, strengths-based and designed to reduce long-term dependency.
Elevate Capacity™ is designed for the gap too many young people and members of our community fall into...
When life starts to feel harder, Elevate Capacity™ supports those who have been told they can’t — by building the capability to prove they can.

Elevate Capacity™ operates as both an upstream solution and an early intervention model -  designed to reduce downstream demand at a system level.

If you are a school, NDIS Co-ordinator or Plan Manager, community organisation responsible for participation outcomes, or you know someone who would benefit from Elevate Capacity™

We welcome the opportunity to explore how Elevate Capacity™ can support your cohort.

MICHELLE GREGORY

The Corporate Hippy

Michelle Gregory is a Workplace Wellbeing & Youth Capability Strategist specialising in prevention-based, real-world capacity building.
With a background spanning business ownership, workforce training, and youth facilitation, her work sits at the intersection of health, capability, and economic participation.

She developed Elevate Capacity™ in response to a consistent system gap — individuals who are capable, but not yet equipped to participate in education, employment, or structured programs.
Her approach is practical, non-clinical, and grounded in lived experience. It focuses on building the foundational capacity required for individuals to engage consistently, make decisions, and sustain participation over time.

Michelle has delivered programs across youth services, community organisations and workforce environments, working with individuals who do not engage in traditional models.
Her work is positioned upstream — reducing disengagement before it becomes system dependency.

How Elevate Capacity ™ works

Elevate Capacity™ works by building capability in three critical areas:
Stability - Independence - Participation
When individuals have the capacity to regulate, manage life and understand pathways to income - engagement becomes consistent and outcomes become sustainable.

WHY THIS WORKS — AND FOR WHO

Employment Providers Improves engagement, job readiness, and retention — not just placement.
Schools & Education
Rebuilds routine, regulation and connection to learning - reducing disengagement.
Government & Systems
Intervenes early to reduce long-term demand and improve participation outcomes.
NDIS (Supporting Role)
Builds independence and progression toward employment and community participation.
Elevate Capacity™ works because it builds the capability required for participation - not just the expectation of it.
